Loblolly Pine Plantations-400 acres-highly mananged -thinned and prescribed fire

Whitetail Deer Management-plantings include crimson clover, ladino clover, cow peas, corn, soybeans, Austrian Winter Peas, lespedezia, partridge peas, sorghum, and winter grains. Also have Sawtooth Oak. Also promote natural plants by strip disking and burning.

Natural BobWhite Quail-Several coveys. Plantings include partridge peas, bi-color, autumn olive and lespedezia
Wild Turkey-Plantings include chufa, persimmon, gobbler sawtooth oak,autumn olive, ladino clover, ryegrass, sorghum, and soybeans.

Wood Ducks-2 nesting boxes
Song Birds-songbird feeders with thistle, mixed seed, hummingbird feeders, and much natural crop and seeds. Also have bluebird houses and martin house.

Threatened & endangered species-
Wood Stork uses tall and dead cypress trees to nest;
Fresh water mussels only found on this section of the Sipsey River

Other wildlife on property includes:
